RONDINE IN FIAMME
It is not a decorative symbol.
It is a body crossed by fire.
The swallow - traditionally a sign of return and hope burns.
It is not ornament.
It is a statement.

The eye
Not ornament, but a sign.
Luminous, intensely black.
The gaze does not observe.
It questions.
I thought I would like to bring some positivity to my body, a little hope. This bird is said to be a bringer of spring and hope. The swallow, when it emigrates, flying knows which is the way to go, and has also known the way back for thousands of years, without ever making a mistake. With her, we too could find the way to go to find solutions to the many problems of our ecosystem.
